Diabetes can affect feet very seriously and sometimes there is no cure for the problems that present. Therefore, preventing a Diabetic foot problem is key and one way of achieving this is to have a comprehensive assessment, at least annually, of the sensation in the feet (nerve function), circulation (blood supply), foot function and footwear.
Our comprehensive Diabetic foot assessment includes an full neuro-vascular assessment, baseline biomechanical assessment and comprehensive report for you and your GP. If further treatment or intervention is needed, we will discuss this with you and arrange for this where appropriate.
